Offerings
At Warrior Wellness, we offer a wide variety of yoga and pilates classes, something to cater for all levels. We offer workshops and retreats for members and non-members alike with the focus on enhancing your practice, bringing stillness into your life, hitting your goals in relation to mobility, flexibility, improved sleep, mood, cognition etc. But, simplier put, making you feel like the best version of you. Examples of some of our offerings.
Regular Timetable Classes: All of these classes are generally 60 minutes and there are numerous options available to attend based on the timetable to the right. Have a read of the class descriptions and see what would suits you best.
Workshops & Pop Up Events: These will vary in type and style, but will offer a more in depth, learning style approach with a certain aim or goal, for example, a skill like a handstand or a restorative style class to help you relax or anything in between! We have plans to facilitate a wide range of events from Mens Cirlcles, Community Hikes, Full Moon Yoga and so much more, so be sure to check often.
Teams and Private Classes: Our staff have worked with numerous teams and groups with the goal of enhancing their performance on the pitch or re-focusing mid-season. We have experience in wellness events for businesses (small – large) and we offer a limited capacity of one-one clients. If this is something that you are interested in, reach out below.
Corporate Offerings and Bespoke Groups: These classes are tailor made based on the outcomes that you want. Over the years, these have included workshops on burnout, social gatherings for a work-style party, birthday parties or hen groups! At Warrior Wellness, we are very open to trying something new and dedicated to ensuring that you receive the highest standard. Any ‘out there’ ideas – get in touch and we can see what we can do.
Mentorship: New to yoga? Trying to navigate the world and not know where to start? Feel free to reach out for a bit of support. As a qualified life coach and mentor I will do my best to offer you a no-nonsense real approach to the industry as I see it and more importantly, some practical tips on where to start!

The Timetable
The Class Descriptions
Beginner Body Flow: This class will focus on a combination of ashtanga and hatha yoga, breathwork and meditation. This class is for you if you have a little or no yoga experience, but you are looking for a class that will challenge you and you are willing to try new things. This class will help to to improve your mobility, strength and reduce pain. This class will follow a set sequence each week, teaching you the fundamentals of yoga, with a bit of a challenge. The sequence will vary slightly each month, giving you a grasp on the foundational asana/poses that you can bring with you to other classes.
Improvers Yoga Flow: This will be a yang focused class, combining ashtanga and vinyasa yoga, breathwork and meditation. It will provide varying challenges each week focusing on a new theme or peak pose in line with the Studios plan. This class is for you if you have a couple of yoga classes under your belt, you are looking for a challenging class, you are willing to try new things, you want to improve your mobility, strength and reduce pain.
Mat Pilates: Discover a dynamic Mat Pilates experience, focusing on strength, stability, and flexibility. Engage in precise, mat-based exercises designed to enhance core strength and promote stability. Through a seamless flow, achieve a newfound flexibility for a balanced and resilient body. Join us on the mat for a transformative journey towards a stronger, more agile you.
Hatha Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic blend of heat-building, alignment precision, and strength enhancement. Tailored for all levels, this session fosters growth through fluid sequences that generate internal heat, promoting purification and vitality. Progress your practice with a variety of asana, detailed alignment cues, and strength-focused elements. Explore the transformative power of mindful movement, building resilience and awareness, increasing flexibility, addressing issues with mobility and connecting with yourself on the mat. Join us for a balanced and inclusive experience, cultivating strength, alignment, and continuous growth on your yoga journey.
Pregnancy Yoga Course: Join our 5-week Prenatal Yoga course with Emma, our residential prenatal yoga instructor, designed to support expectant mothers through every stage of pregnancy. You’ll learn breathwork techniques to stay calm and centered, prepare you for the birth of your baby, build strength to support your changing body, and enhance flexibility to alleviate discomforts and improve well-being. This course also emphasizes deepening your connection with your baby and other expectant mothers, fostering a supportive community. Each session integrates essential techniques, ensuring you feel prepared and empowered throughout your pregnancy journey. No experience neccessary. Chair Yoga Course: This 60-minute class, progressing over 5 weeks is designed to support you in building strength and confidence for everyday tasks as well as a sense of focus and inner peace. Using the chair for stability and support, we’ll use the mechanism of yoga to focus on functional movements that improve mobility, balance, and overall strength in a safe and approachable way whilst building our mind-body connection. Surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals, you’ll enjoy an inclusive and uplifting environment that encourages connection and well-being. Whether you’re looking to move with greater ease or maintain your independence, this class provides the perfect blend of strength-building and relaxation. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just come as you are!
Energise and Empower: Kick off your Wednesday morning with “Energise and Empower with Claire,” a dynamic yoga class designed to build heat, increase strength, and enhance mobility. This session combines breathwork, meditation, and powerful asana (postures) to add a bit of fire to your week. Whether you’re looking to improve overall fitness, reduce pain, or simply spice up your routine, this class is perfect for everyone—from Yogis to casual runners and tennis players to CrossFit enthusiasts and ultra-marathoners. Join us to feel energized, empowered, and ready to conquer whatever the day brings! An excellent addition to any training program.
Beginners Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga meets a bit of a gentle flow in a class that is perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga and even those who want to take a pause for themselves. This class will focus on foundational poses, alignment and breathwork fostering a connection between body and mind. You will flow seamlessy between postures, enhancing flexibility and strength in a space built to welcome you, to support your practice and build a stable foundation for your yoga practice.
Yin: Step into a sanctuary of tranquility with our Slow Flow to Yin Yoga class, where relaxation meets rejuvenation. After a little bit of movement to cleanse the days energy, we enter a world of Yin Yoga with a splash ofYang! With longer holds in each pose of up to 5 minutes, immerse yourself in a serene atmosphere as you find your edge, both physically and mentally all in a relaxing atmosphere, heightened by calming music. Through our practice, we will unravel tension, reduce pain, and enhance flexibility. Delve into a practice designed to increase range of motion, improve sleep, refresh your body and optimize performance, all while strengthening ligaments, tendons, and joints. Let each breath guide you towards inner harmony as we cultivate mindfulness and balance. We will unlock the boundless potential of your body, mind, and spirit through the transformative and healing power of Yin Yoga..
Power Yoga: An invigorating and strength-focused class designed to challenge your body and mind. In this dynamic session, you’ll synchronize breath with purposeful movement, building strength, stability, and mobility through creative flows that emphasize core engagement and total-body integration. We’ll begin with centering exercises to connect to your breath and set your intention, laying the foundation for a strong and focused practice. From there, dive into a powerful sequence of poses that will test your endurance, refine your balance, and awaken your inner strength. Modifications for all levels are provided, so whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or explore new challenges, you’ll find a path that works for you. Yang to Yin Fusion: Join us for a 60-minute open-level classdesigned to release tension, reset your nervous system, and prepare your body for a restful night’s sleep. We’ll begin with a deliberate movement with a conscious Yang Yoga flow, guiding you through a carefully crafter vinyasa sequence to shake off stress and awaken your body. As we transition into the Yin portion, you’ll experience deep, soothing stretches that promote release, relaxation and ease. The class concludes with a calming savasana, allowing you to fully unwind and sink into a state of deep peace, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. All levels of yoga welcome.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow: This class is an energetic blend, anchored on traditional Ashtanga with a taste Vinyasa Yoga that will give you a great start to your weekend. Do this on a Friday morning to feel rejuvinated, build strength, improve flexibility and reduce pain. Open to all levels, but students should come in with a mindset that is willing to be challenged.
Embodied Yoga: Welcome to our Embodied Yoga Flow, a practice centered on how you feel on the mat. Dive into a session emphasizing the deep connection between mind, body, and breath. Explore sensations, encouraging self-awareness and mindfulness. Move through postures with a focus on personal experience, fostering inner connection and well-being. Join us for a yoga journey celebrating your unique, individual experience, allowing you to embrace the practice authentically.
