What I Offer?
Yoga
I teach Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Partner Yoga, handbalancing, and asana immersions. I've taught in studios, at festivals, on retreats — wherever people want to move and breathe. I'm an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with over 6,000 hours of teaching experience. I've trained with some of the best in the business and continue to learn and develop my practice. Retreats are a big part of what I do — whether that's a weekend away for the craic and connection, or a deeper training immersion. Weekly classes are currently on hold, but retreats and CPD/teacher training are coming soon. Watch this space.
Coaching
I offer life, wellness and executive coaching for individuals and teams. Whether you're navigating a career transition, building resilience, managing stress, developing leadership skills, improving communication, or just trying to figure out what's next — I can help. I'm fully qualified with Kingstown College, holding a Professional Diploma in Executive Coaching governed by the EMCC and ICF. My background in psychology, military leadership, and real-world experience means I bring more than theory — I bring practical tools you can actually use. Coaching is a structured process. We get clear on where you are, where you want to be, and what's in the way. Then we work through it — together. No fluff, no jargon. Just honest conversation and accountability.
Corporate
I've worked with organisations like Google, Microsoft, Murphy's Construction, RelateCare, the Irish Defence Forces, and others — delivering workshops and programmes that actually make a difference. Topics include resilience training, stress management, communication skills, team bonding, leadership development, mindfulness and focus, personal effectiveness, conflict resolution, energy management, and emotional intelligence. I deliver half-day workshops, full-day programmes, and ongoing series — in-person, online, or a mix of both. Formats range from interactive lectures and facilitated discussions to movement-based sessions combining yoga, breathwork, and practical tools. My background in military leadership, psychology, and wellness means I understand high-pressure environments. I bring that experience into every session — grounded, practical, and relevant. Breathwork
I'm a certified Oxygen Advantage™ instructor, trained directly with Patrick McKeown, and an advanced pranayama instructor. Breathwork is one of the most powerful — and most overlooked — tools we have. How you breathe affects everything: stress, sleep, focus, energy, performance. Most people breathe poorly without realising it. I help you fix that. I work with individuals, groups, and teams — one-to-one sessions, group workshops, or corporate programmes. Sessions are developed by me, tailored to you, and designed to impact mind, body, and performance.
Pilates
I teach functional Mat Pilates focused on strength, mobility, and movement quality. It's not about doing a hundred crunches — it's about building a body that moves well and feels strong. I'm Level 3 Classical Pilates trained and also certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), which means I bring a focus on joint health, mobility, and long-term physical resilience. Great for injury prevention, rehab, or just feeling better in your body.
