Warrior Wellness are delighted to invite Grace Tempany to studio for Functional Yin Foundations in March 2026.

Functional Yin Foundations (30hrs) is a 3-day immersion for students of Yin who are curious to dive deeper, and are wondering about embarking on the Art of Yin journey. It offers an introduction to Yin Yoga, Functional Yoga, and the Grace Tempany Method, with plenty of practice opportunities over the 3 days. It can also serve as a mini-retreat for fans of Yin who just want to experience the practice more deeply in their bodies.

For students completing the 100hr Art of Yin online this Autumn, Functional Yin Foundations (30hrs) offers the possibility of completing the first 3 days in person.

The remaining 70hrs can then be completed over 7 days online with dates to be released for 2026 in the near future.

In 2025, Functional Yin Foundations is offered to students, Yin lovers, and potential Art of Yin trainee teachers in Belfast and Dublin.

Please note: that this is not a complete Yin training or a teacher training of any kind, and no certificate will be offered. Should you wish to continue your journey after the initial 3 days, you are welcome to complete parts 2 and 3 online. Upon completion of all three parts (100hrs) you will be awarded the prestigious 100hr Art of Yin certificate – the only 100hr Yin training accredited with a Senior Teacher & Trainer Pro with Yoga Alliance Professionals

Picture this: fresh morning air, gentle sunshine, and a nurturing yoga practice surrounded by nature. Our all-levels flow class combines mindful movement, breath work, and just the right amount of craic – because who says yoga can’t be fun?

His family is racing against time to secure life-changing gene therapy treatment in LA, costing €3.2 million, in hopes of slowing the condition’s progression and giving Archie a fighting chance at a longer, more mobile life.

Soulful Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra with Homemade Essential Oils

Join us for 90 minutes of grounding and deep rest.

This is a 90min Sound Healing Journey supported by Yoga Nidra.

This special evening aims to encourage mental and emotional clarity, induce a deep state of relaxation, help to calm the nervous system and promote a sense of tranquillity.

We shall sink into stillness as we open with a Yoga Nidra Practice to prepare us for the main event, our Sound Healing Journey with over an hour of quartz crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, chant, Tibetan bowls, kalimba, shaman drum, handpan, native American flute… to name just a few.

In this world of more or less constant doing, join Aoife & Kale as we take a much needed healing pause. During this session we will bring ease to our breath, calmness to our mind and care deeply for our heart & nervous system.

What is Sound Healing: Sound healing, alternatively known as Sound Therapy or Vibrational Medicine, is the practice of using sound and frequency to bring harmony, healing and relaxation to the body, mind & soul. Vibrations from the instruments assist the release of energetic and emotional blockages in the body and stimulate healing.

What is Yoga Nidra Meditation: A guided meditation also known as Non Sleep Deep Rest or Effortless Relaxation with intention setting (Sankalpa). In NSDR we surf between states of wakefulness & sleep. The body finds its natural state of equilibrium, the breath balances, conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves and we fall into a state of deep rest and blissful awareness.

Kids Yoga Session: Movement, Mindfulness and Fun!

Sat 08th June. 10am. 

Join us for an exciting and engaging Kids Yoga session designed for children aged 7-12! This fun-filled event will blend movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to help kids connect with themselves and others, find calm, and enjoy playful activities.

Event Highlights:

Movement: Kids will explore various yoga poses and sequences, improving flexibility and strength while having a blast.

Mindfulness: Through guided meditation and relaxation exercises, children will learn to cultivate a sense of inner peace and focus.

Breathwork: Simple and effective breathing techniques will be taught to help kids manage stress and enhance their well-being.

Games and Yoga Play: Engaging games and playful yoga activities will make this session lively and entertaining.

About the Instructor:

Sarah, is a passionate and experienced instructor, and has dedicated over 20 years to working with children. She is a fully qualified Montessori teacher and Special Needs Assistant (SNA). Additionally, Sarah holds a certificate in Therapeutic Play for Children, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience for every participant.

Candlelit Soulful Soundbath with Yoga Nidra - New Date!

This full-body meditative experience offers a unique and immersive way to encourage mental and emotional clarity, induce a deep state of relaxation, and promote a sense of tranquillity.

In the dimly lit, cosy space sink into stillness as we begin with a Surrendering Yoga Nidra practice gliding into a our Soulful Sound Healing Journey with quartz crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, voice, Tibetan bowls, kalimba, shaman drum, handpan, native American flute… to name just a few.

The combination of these two ancient practices will enable you to drop down into your parasympathetic nervous system, the place where the body can heal and renew itself. The instruments produce powerful sound waves which move throughout the body, this may promote relaxation and reduce stress, enhance a meditative state, inspire altered states of consciousness, bring harmony and balance and allow for a deeper connection to oneself

and the surrounding environment.

THIS SEASON’S CAUSE:

We’re proud to support Maintain Hope, a remarkable organisation currently supporting 82 children and young adults in Ngong Township, Nairobi. The charity provides essential support including:

• Education from kindergarten through to university

• Food, medicine, and shelter

• Family support and counselling

• Mentoring for young adults

Our funds will support Aisling and Brona’s upcoming work with Maintain Hope, contributing to the Kenya 25 project – a vital step in rehabilitation and wellness for these young people.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Yoga Asana Clinic – Building Foundations for Life

A detailed exploration of fundamental yoga postures through an Iyengar-inspired lens. This session focuses on precise alignment, thoughtful modifications, and the use of props to maintain movement, strength and flexibility for years to come. Learn how to adapt poses to your body’s unique needs while understanding the principles that make each asana sustainable.

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Happy Hips and Balance

A therapeutic approach combining hip mobility with standing and arm balancing postures. This session weaves together dynamic movements and static holds to release tension, increase range of motion, and build strength while exploring the relationship between stable hips and balanced postures. Suitable for all levels.

3:15 PM – 4:15 PM | Wisdom Session with Tea

An intimate Q&A session with Lalit, sharing insights from years of practice and teaching. Enjoy herbal tea while discussing yoga philosophy, practice, and personal growth.

Join our 5-week Prenatal Yoga course with Emma, our residential prenatal yoga instructor, designed to support expectant mothers through every stage of pregnancy. You’ll learn breathwork techniques to stay calm and centered, prepare you for the birth of your baby, build strength to support your changing body, and enhance flexibility to alleviate discomforts and improve well-being. This course also emphasizes deepening your connection with your baby and other expectant mothers, fostering a supportive community. Each session integrates essential techniques, ensuring you feel prepared and empowered throughout your pregnancy journey. No experience neccessary.
