I have been going to Stephen’s classes regularly for 10 months and I really recommend them! So inclusive for beginners but still enough of a challenge once you get more experienced. Very knowledgeable, welcoming and down to earth teacher!

I’ve only done three of Steve’s classes on a Friday morning & am a total yoga beginner. I never thought I’d be looking forward to the alarm going off at 6am in the morning but the classes are just so incredibly refreshing, relaxing and challenging all at the same time. Each class is something new and I can feel myself improving already. I feel amazing after each class. Steve creates such a nice vibe.. I would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of doing a yoga immersion in the Moat Theatre in November & today a mini yoga retreat in Aluna with Stephen from Warrior Yoga Ire. For both, his attention to detail & care in the set up of the classes, from start to finish, including the booking process is second to none. Stephen creates a welcoming & warm space. The flows within the session are perfectly prepared & balanced. I would highly recommend him to everyone for both classes & the longer sessions. Thank you.

I cannot recommend steves classes highly enough. As a newbie to yoga i was quite apprehensive and nervous. But steves friendly manner puts you at ease instantly. There is no two classes alike. Each class has a different theme and it keeps it very interesting, challenging to your own ability and you will always learn something new. Steve will also show you different variations of a pose so you can suit your personal ability. Steve as a teacher is extremely approachable, attentive and has the ability to make a class feel like a one to one. The energy of his classes is deadly and uplifting. It incorporates poses, breathing techniques and meditation. You will not leave the class without feeling like you've done a workout, relaxed and refreshed.

Stephen is a fantastic yoga teacher and has cultivated a beautifully calm, non-judgemental and welcoming space. The classes are both enjoyable and challenging and I always come away feeling incredible. I’ve found not just great classes but a wonderful yoga community!

Stephen is a great instructor. Clearly very knowledgeable, keeps a fun and calm environment throughout the classes. He gives clear and simple instructions/corrections for poses and movements.

Stephen is a very competent teacher. Gives very clear instructions and demonstrations. He gives regressions and progressions for each pose and cues while the class performs them which are very useful. I thoroughly enjoy Stephens classes and would recommend them to anyone.

With some hesitance, I entered Stephen's class on a dark and stormy winter morning, questioning my decision. I felt completely out of my comfort zone, wondering what I was doing there. However, after just over an hour, I left with certainty that I would return. Stephen's teaching style is unique allowing you to learn at your own pace while offering guidance and encouragement. He never pressures you to step outside your comfort zone, yet somehow, he inspires you to do so willingly! As someone with early onset Parkinson's disease, I had never imagined attempting slackline, and initially declined. However, Stephen understood my inner desire and convinced me to give it a try with his assistance. The joy I experienced was beyond words. This class is a judgment-free zone, filled with encouragement from Stephen, an exceptional teacher, and like-minded individuals.

I have been attending Stephens classes for a while now, and absolutely love them. He is a fantastic teacher, who really knows his stuff and is an excellent motivator. Im a male in my 40s by the way, and my strength and flexibility has improved dramatically since working with Stephen. His classes have a friendly, supportive and relaxed atmosphere, and its fantastic when you feel yourself progressing. Everything is explained in detail, and I look forward to the class every week. On another note, Stephens handstand workshops are so much fun, even if you've never thought about being able to pull a handstand off, Id encourage you to give it a go.

As a man in my 20s there was always a bit of a stigma around Yoga and a perception that it’s not something men do - attending just one session of Stephens proved to me that this is absolutely false - yoga is for everyone regardless of age or gender. I’ve found Stephens yoga practice is a great balance between muscle mobility and positions that really get the muscles firing. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my GAA season and performance since I’ve brought yoga into my exercise routine

Stephen has a welcoming class no matter what level you're at. He keeps the classes interesting by having themes each week. The essential oil mix is fab!
