I am Stephen Bunney, a dedicated life and wellness coach, and I am here to support you on your transformative journey. I empower individuals and teams to achieve wellness, both physically and mentally, through the transformative practices of coaching and/or yoga.
With a passion for empowering individuals and a wealth of experience, my unique background as a father, coupled with a psychology degree and a leadership and management degree, enables me to offer a holistic approach to coaching. My 10+ years of military service, including two overseas deployments, have instilled in me the values of discipline, resilience, and the power of forging ahead in the face of adversity.

wellness coaching
Wellness coaching focuses on promoting holistic well-being, encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Wellness coaches assist individuals in setting and attaining health-related goals, adopting healthier habits, managing stress, and cultivating a balanced lifestyle. They provide guidance and encouragement to foster positive changes that lead to improved overall wellness.
team/group coaching
Team coaching is a collaborative process designed to enhance the performance and dynamics of a group or team. Team coaches facilitate effective communication, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and help team members work together cohesively to achieve shared goals. Team coaching fosters alignment, builds trust, and empowers teams to reach their full potential.

2019: BA (Hons International) Psychology - National University of Galway, Ludwig Maximillians University, Munich

As an accomplished Captain in the Irish Army with over 10
years of experience, including two deployments to the Middle East, and as a certified
yoga teacher, I offer a unique perspective and a proven track record of
leadership and resilience. My expertise spans operations, logistics, training,
mentoring, coaching, and the transformative practices of yoga. As your coach, I
will leverage my military background and yoga training to provide effective
guidance, instill discipline, and empower you to overcome challenges, achieve
your goals, and find balance in both your career and life.
